One of the things I most fear when going to work in HME (High dependency Medical) ward is that I will get sent to the CCU end of it... 10 beds with ventilated or critical cardiac patients in them. Its scary and I am not critical care trained, so I am at a loss for what to do if something goes wrong, of course in case of cardiac arrest I could do cpr...
So I get to work this afternoon, and they put me down the CCU end. ARRRRRRGHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
They gave me the non critical, critical patients. EWWWWWWWWW
It wasn't too bad, but my head feels like it is about to explode from thinking so much!
Anyways, I need to go to bed now, head hurting from all the brain work and then bravery as I killded the big humungous spidey that was on the wall when I got home.
