We finally sorted out what happened with my computer... it was the extra RAM that I had installed.. inferior product, overcharged, making my computer crash.
So my bro had an idea over the weekend that it might be causing the problem, so he took out the extra RAM, asked where the old ram was that they took out, I told him they didn't give it to me. He got annoyed, the RAM he took out wasn't Apple endorsed even though they had charged me full price for it... (actually overcharged me for what I got). He called the store that sold it to me, told them that there was a problem, they said "but it is Apple RAM", he says "Oh no it isn't, it doesn't have the endorsement, you didn't give her the RAM you took out and it is stuffing up her computer, I am not happy with you trying to rip my sister off!"
Yaaaaaaaay for brothers is what I say!
They wanted him to send the faulty RAM over, I told him that they should pay for shipping and all if they want it, it is their faulty RAM that they gave us! They have NO idea about customer service. Gah!!!!!
Haven't had a crash since the RAM was taken out, I have been able to open up Safari, explorer and proteus without them continually quitting on me. Before this I had 5 crashes of safari in 2 minutes, then usually a kernal panic and I had to restart 2-3 times to get my computer to work again! So woowooo for no crashes!
anyways, /rant off.
Having a great time with Scott.. *mwah* to him cause I know he'll read this at some stage. He can swim like a flippin dolphin (no pun on flipper there....hehehehe).
Gots a lil bit of a headache now, so gonna sign off!
