Addit to todays post:

I have been told I am a good nurse. The NUM believed me over nurse B, the CNS (Clinical nurse supervisor) called me into the office yesterday and told me I am a good nurse, he would trust me over nurse B anytime and that I should trust my instincts. My friends tell me I am a good nurse. Trying not to get a big head, I guess I am a reasonable nurse, I care about the patients pretty much, as much as they irritate at times and ya can't get much better care than someone who cares in a hospital, escpecially if they actually know some things which, I guess I do!
So thanks to those who believe I am a decent nurse, makes the load lighter knowing someone believes in me!
