Hello, howdy, hows it?
Yes, for all those who read this blog, I did get out of Thailand alive. I was there when everything all happened but I was up north Thailand, they pretty much didn't get any damage there. My dad and brother may go down and help with the cleanup, but my bro hasn't taken any malaria medications so he may not be allowed to help, they are not sure yet. The footage over there is very graphic and the stuff of nightmares. I could go over as a health care worker but I am not qualified in disaster management, so lots more qualified people than me.
Back to work the day after I got back, it is sucky as usual.
I got a concussion today pretty much, was squatting down to get something for a nurse on another ward when one of the nurses from my ward opened the cupboard above me and I, of course, stood up and ran my head into the edge of it. Feeling a little crummy... but oh well.. I wont die.
Am off to do new years stuff now.
