I had a really nice day yesterday, went and got a massage at around 10:30... hour long, he was really good. Would be kinda typical that my sore spots are just in the top of my arse cheeks though eh? lol, now I bet you are saying, TMI (too much info) but anyways, apparently I lift and stuff not with my lower back, but with the top of my butt, which is why I am getting a back ache all the time, so he given me some excersises to strengthen my back and stretch out my crazy tight muscles there and in my calves and life is good!
Have to go back to icky work tomorrow... BLEH!
Apart from that... am making good headway in WoW, level 26..on my way to 27, have joined a guild of really nice fella's who are level 55-60 heheheh.
Am not making much headway with someone to teach me Thai, seems that the Uni's and Tafe's aint teaching it at the moment. Very frustrating!
