Long day... I have felt really lethargic all day, tried to have a sleep when I got home but I couldn't cause it was too hot and the air conditioning isn't working. Dunno whats up with me... just feel kinda tired out. 2 more days of work to go before more days off, I had a heavy load this morning... my patients weren't heavy but they were a lot of work cause I had a few real sickies. 50 something year old guy, came in with abdo pain and some distention, pulmonary and liver mets, who knows where the primary cancer is. I doubt they are gonna be able to do anything for him, his cancer is too far advanced, very sad.

Sent my dad his birthday pressie yesterday, it is my favorite cuddly cow, so he has something to cuddle in replacement of me. I miss my mom and dad!

tired now, gonna get going...
