I am back!
That is if I can get past the never ending morning battle with Ollie to let me blog, you see he thinks he is a human baby, its cute but very annoying as well. He is much older than he is in this pic now, cute though eh? Even though he is half way to fully grown he still climbs up on me and tries to sit on the same spot alll the time, his body drapes all the way down mine most of the time. Anyways back to the "thinks he is human" part, honestly he acts like it, you can say his name and ask him a question and he will meow back at you like he thinks you are understanding him, when he wants something he doesn't come rub up against you or anything he sits looking at you and meows insistantly until you get up and go figure out what it is. But the thing that really convinces me that he thinks he is human is the sucking the thumb bit. Oh no, not his, mine! He tries, with regular determination to suck on my thumb, I don't know if it was a security thing from being taken away from his momma to early or what but he just isn't growing out of it. So there you have it, I have a very wierd kitty! Perhaps I should get him a pacifier, he runs around with his toys sucked into his mouth regularly, then puts them down and continues to play hehe.
Well still no work, CGFNS are being bastards and making it well near impossible for me to get any further. So i applied for another job the other day but didn't really hear anything about apart from them getting my application. So ho hum for earning money, pretty much all mine that I had saved before getting here went on the 2nd wedding.
Hooray for tax returns, I did mine a couple days ago and I should get a really good return this year so hoooray for finally having some cash and being able to pay off some bills and things. Yes the financial year for Australians ends midyear not end of year.
Going to the oral surgeon on Tuesday to have my "big girl tooth" or so i call it, exposed, bit scared, mainly of the anaesthetic because last time I had one was when i was having my gallbladder out and that op went wrong and I found it difficult to stay awake for more than a few minutes for about 24hrs after that one. Plus I was nauseated and vomiting for 2 weeks, but that may have just been the whole gallbladder thing. So kinda scary, plus I have to go to the orthodontist before and after to have my wire removed and then replaced so my teefs dont feel like they are all just gonna fall out hehe. It sucks having braces at 28, it sucks having braces at all, but at least if you have them when your a kid the teeth are still growing and things move a hell of a lot easier, wish i could go back and fwap all of my past dentists over the head for not getting this fixed for me.
