I am quickly giving up on getting the comments back, I just really can't work out the coding for the link to the comments and I have no idea what my blog id is so I am guessing I will have to think of something else in case anyone wants to comment, didn't like the tagboard but may have to resort to it.
It totally looks like it should be snowing outside, not cold enough though hubby says, durn not being cold enough I think! Snow for Christmas, but its not really likely to snow till January so I am prolly out of luck.
Off to a Christmas party with hubby's friends tonight, an hours drive away... has me thinking, would be nice to have some friends of my own lol. They are nice enough but I don't have the history with them he does, its like me introducing him to my friends back in Tassie, there is always the "inside" stuff that you just miss. I can't really complain though cause they are really nice people, just haven't found that person or two over here that I can hang out with and go out and have a casual drink with and stuff.
Hubby's holidays started yesterday, hoooraaaaaaay! Means for me I am not stuck in the house anymore, not that in general being stuck here distresses me that much, its just nice to be able to get out when I want to.
I can write a little easier today, Ollie has already been in for his morning snuggle, he still can't seem to get over sucking my thumb, looks for it at any chance he gets, he definately thinks he is human at sometimes, snuggles up on my chests and reaches up his paws to pat my face, its kinda freaky!
Am planning on doing a trial run for my sausage rolls today, I am sposed to be taking some for Christmas as no one has had them before... scary but fun! I am also cooking a shepherds pie (although I don't know it can really be called that as its with beef not lamb and apparently that is a big sticking point with people who make shepherds pie lol). The shepherds pie will be eated tomorrow when it tastes even better cause its "set" or so my hubby tells me :p.
Anyways better make a start if I am to be finished before midnight.
