I took a picture of the sausage rolls but am too slack to download it from the camera as yet so the pics will have to wait. I also made a dessert like a vanilla slice, you take cream, vanilla instant pudding, saos (or graham crackers here in the USA cause there is no saos) and your sposed to do a passionfruit icing but of course here they are kinda wierd and don't have tinned passionfruit and corn relish. So you put the Saos down as a base, then put the vanilla instant pudding (mixed with the cram instead of milk) on top of it just as its starting to get really thick, then you put another layer of Saos then some icing (really need a tart icing like lemon or passionfruit to cut the sweet) and then you let it set in the fridge for however long you can stand not eating it hehehehe. So the sausage rolls turned out looking really nice but didn't taste as nice as usual, we were trying to cut the fat down a little so used some normal mince, but the mince was overpowering so I don't think I will do it again.
Mike is terrible in the kitchen, oh don't be fooled he is a fantastic cook, he just takes over cause his way of doing stuff is better. Him and Kristy are very similar in that way, I never feel quite comfy when they are around and I am cooking. They both want to help because they think they know a better way, and most likely they do, but honestly, I don't wanna know cause the way I am doing it makes sense to me. Mike is a fantastic cook, I feel like I "have" to cook and honestly, other than baking I hate cooking lol!
Went back to the orthodontist on Tuesday, he tells me my "roof tooth" as I have come to call it is moving. For anyone who doesn't know I had a baby tooth in my mouth still till 2 years ago! An orthodontist in Australia finally did an OPG which is a big xray of my teeth and found that I had a "big girl tooth" in the roof of my mouth and it hadn't come down cause of how it was sitting. There was much messing around in Australia with the orthodontist who really didn't have a clue about what he was doing I have found out, so when I got here I found an orthodontist who is no mess no fuss straight to the point and who I think will actually really fix my teeth. Had a chain attached to my "roof tooth" under general anaesthetic and they are now pulling it into place slowly but surely. So he changed the pully system this week, he was pulling on my normal wire up till now, this time he made a loop in the wire that sits down paste the line of the bottom of my teeth on either side and tied the roof tooth chain to that. The loop feels like a fang and I keep pinging it with my tongue! Have woken myself up a few times the last 2 nights with my tongue flicking it and me scaring myself I am doing something bad to it. Little to say the Aussie Orthodontist did such a bad job not only with my teeth but with me that I am VERY VERY freaked out about things happening with my teeth now.
Well thats about it for the moment, the comments are officially working I believe but they look like crap, I couldn't be bothered going through and trying to fix them further once I got them sorta working..well... you'll see hehe.
