Well Mike and my resolution for New Years is to only eat out once a week... as I am thinking this is a very reasonable idea and resolutions don't usually last I shouldn't be calling it that really. We are planning on eating healthier and taking the dog for walks regularly too, but neither of them are resolutions, they are just thoughts that we need to do but have put off till now. My thoughts on resolutions - never make a resolution out of something you really mean to do, because they are made to be broken and usually are broken within the first month or so of making them.
I have really really enjoyed having Mike home over Christmas, he is damn good company I must say :p Even if he does say "whatever you want" or "you decide" too much :p
I have to say the Mexican restaurant down the road from our place really makes quite exceptional food, nice authentic stuff, they make their own corn chips and salsa and their food is very good in quantity and quality, the reason I am saying it is that was our place to eat out this week as I have been telling Mike I wanted Mexican for about 2 weeks now and he has been on a "Chinese" phase. We found a newish little Chinese buffet place which has the tastiest beans and fried sweet potato... mmmm sooo good. Okay enough about food or I might get hungry again :p
well I will sign off, pretty boring stuff but nothing very thrilling is happening.
